Ricky was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. His grandmother played a pivotal role in his spiritual formation, ensuring he attended church every Sunday. Thanks to her dedication, he developed a personal relationship with God through Jesus at a young age during a Sunday School class.
Pastor Ricky met his wife, Pam, while serving in the United States Marine Corps. They married in September 1988 and were honorably discharged from the Marines shortly after their wedding. This transition marked the beginning of their shared ministry journey, as they devoted themselves to serving their church and community.
Throughout his 37 years of ministry, Ricky has served as pastor of four churches, with the longest tenure at Trinity Baptist, his current church, since 2006.
Together, Pastor Ricky and Pam have three amazing sons, three wonderful daughters-in-law, and are proud PopPops and Nama to eight fantastic grandchildren.

Sarah was raised in Great Falls, Montana where her love for the piano started at a very young age. Sarah has been a part of leading worship at the four churches they have been members of throughout the years. She has a passionate heart for leading people into the holy of holies as we praise and worship our awesome God.
Sarah met her husband Alan at church when they were teenagers. They have been married for almost 38 years and have three grown children and three grandchildren.
Danny was born and raised in Mississippi. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior with a public confession of faith on February 27, 1966, and was baptized on March 13, 1966, at the First Baptist Church in Pascagoula, Mississippi. For most of his life, he wrestled with what God wanted from him. As the years passed by, he realized that God gets credit for all his successes and used his failures as a teaching tool. In 2017, God brought he and his wife, Charlene, to Trinity Baptist Church. There, they have found a welcoming home church where God wants them to serve. The encouragement through prayer and fellowship offered by the Trinity Baptist church family is unsurpassed. He is honored to serve God as a Deacon while encouraging others in their relationship with Christ. That relationship does not stop at the door of the church or end after the service on Sunday morning.
Shelli grew up in a small church in Lewistown, MT and came to know the Lord as her Savior as a child. She went on to grow in her faith and learned to work with kids as a teenager. Shelli has a heart to see children have a real and personal relationship with Christ that will guide them and be their stronghold throughout their entire lives. She has been married to her husband, Curt, for 33 years and has 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren. She and Curt have been members at Trinity for 28 years.
Shelli also keeps the church office running and enjoys helping each ministry with their administrative needs.
